Marrocco Partners LLC was established in 2007. The Company broke ground on their first major 60 Unit development in the beginning of 2008. Rockland Glen, a 55+ Community located in Rockland, Massachusetts. The Development consisted of 2 and 3 unit townhouses spanning over 60 acres on the Weymouth – Rockland line. Marrocco Partners carried the development from site work to finish until its completion in 2013. While the last few units were being completed, Marrocco Partners broke ground at Walden Woods, a 28 Unit Townhouse Development in Scituate, Massachusettes. This beautiful development was located less than a quarter mile from the historic Scituate Harbor. Marrocco Partners LLC also carried this development from site work to its finish in 2016. Along with these large developments, Marrocco Partners built multiple single family custom homes all across the South Shore of Massachusettes.

After coming out victorious in a battle with Stage Four Throat and Neck Cancer, Paul Marrocco decided to downsize the business and move up to Kennebunkport with his wife Suzanne. Paul and his son Michael decided to focus on smaller developments and custom homes after the move. Paul and his son Michael have been working together for over 14 years and have created a company dynamic that has helped the company succeed in the construction industry. With Paul’s 50 year experience, sharing the last 14 of them with Michael, they can produce a product that is second to none.

In their first year doing business in Maine, Marrocco Partners has built and sold 2 homes from site work to finish, and renovated a house that was donated to the American Cancer Society, purchased by Marrocco Partners. The company has also completed several site work packages, trucking, and snow services for other Contractors across southern Maine. After a year into their revamped venture in Maine, Paul and Michael look forward to continuing their Tradition of Excellence.
